1. By joining our program you automatically agree these Terms of Service. Members that do not agree these terms should stop using our service and terminate their account immediately. You have to be over 18 years old for registering at SeekoDebit.
2. The official language for communication between members and the site through ticket system and E-Mail is English. Any ticket / E-Mail sent to us in another language than English will not be taken into consideration.
3. You and SeekoDebit are independent contractors, and nothing in this TOS will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. You are not entitled to make any statement that reasonably would contradict anything in this TOS or in our Privacy Policy.
4. We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the misuse of our program.
5. You are not allowed: to have more than one account per IP address or household, to register and / or log into your account by using proxy servers and / or any other techniques that hide your geographical location. 6. You have to provide a valid email address upon registering. You have to provide correct data (First name, Last name, National ID, Mother Name, Address, Postal Code, City) upon registering. We reserve the right to ask the members to provide us with proofs showing the correctness of their data. In case a member fails to provide the requested documents within 48 hours, member's account will be terminated without further notice.
7. It has to be stressed that auto-click software is in any kind prohibited. If we catch you using this kind of software, your account will be terminated without notice and your balances will be forfeited.
8. Your referrer cannot be changed.
9. You need to log into your account AND click advertisements at least once every 30 days to keep your account active. Inactive accounts will be irreversibly deleted.
10. To receive credit for your referral’s clicks today, you had to click (view) ads yesterday.
11. We reserve the right to terminate your account in cases like, but not limited to, spamming (via email, ads, or message center), cheating, abusive posting, rudeness to our staff, misrepresentation of our services or general misuse of the system.
12. It is not possible to rent, transfer or share your account. Any attempt to rent, transfer or share an account will lead to the immediate termination of that account and all balances will be forfeited.
13. For maintaining the integrity of the system and a long-term success for our members and advertisers in any market conditions, we reserve the right to change pricing, payout details and / or these terms of service at any time without prior consent.
14. In case of any attempt to fraud (by opening multiple false accounts, entering false data upon registration, trying to hack the system in order to steal passwords and / or emails, etc.) we reserve the right to terminate all accounts involved without notice and to take legal actions against cheaters. All balances will be forfeited.
15. The members may add funds or request payouts ONLY by using their OWN Pay Pal / Payza / Liberty Reserve / OKPAY / SolidTrust Pay account. We will immediately suspend the member's SeekoDebit account for any attempt to perform transactions on the site (add funds or request payouts) using Pay Pal / Payza / Liberty Reserve / OKPAY / SolidTrust Pay accounts that do not belong to the member.
16. Before making any payment (either manual or automatic) to our members, the PayPal / Payza / OKPAY / SolidTrust Pay used E-Mail is checked by SeekoDebit from security reasons. This is intended to protect the functionality of the site against any attempt to misuse.
    If the E-Mail address used to request payout passes our security checking but the PayPal / Payza / OKPAY / SolidTrust Pay account is in status "Unverified", the requested money is refunded to member's balance account. If the member requests payout for the second time through his / her "Unverified" PayPal / Payza / OKPAY / SolidTrust Pay account, the "Request Payout" feature will be disabled for the member's account until he / she sends us a ticket stating "The PayPal / Payza / OKPAY / SolidTrust Pay account is Verified".
    If the E-Mail address used to request payout fails the security checking, the requested money is refunded to member's balance account. The member is notified about the reasons of payment rejection.
    For receiving money through Liberty Reserve / OKPAY, we must identify the member as Liberty Reserve / OKPAY account holder from his / her "Public Profile". If we cannot do this identification, the requested money is refunded to member's balance account and the member is notified about. The member has the possibility to request money either through other payment processor, or to adjust his / her "Public Profile" from Liberty Reserve / OKPAY and request money through it.
17. Please, before initiating any money transaction on our site (adding funds or requesting a payment), check if the data are correct and up to date in your PayPal / Payza / Liberty Reserve / OKPAY / SolidTrust Pay account. For adding funds, we process instantly the transactions only if your PayPal / Payza / OKPAY / SolidTrust Pay account is "Verified" by the payment processor. If the account is "Unverified", your transaction will be processed within 24 hours. Adding funds through Liberty Reserve is instantly. Payouts are done in the conditions presented in TOS §17
    We are not responsible for any errors / incompleteness on your account that prevents us from fulfilling your transaction request.
18. Since we have no control over the hosting services for this website, we are not responsible for any interruption in the site functionalities due to maintenance or technical server errors.
19. We reserve the right to correct your account information due to evident errors in the system.
20. We will never rent, sell or share your data with third parties.
21. Advertisements that include frame breakers, that have malicious code, that have illegal, adult, or racist content will be removed without refund. The user who reports an advertisement that violates the terms of service will receive a bonus.
22. SeekoDebit is a marketing platform. This means that SeekoDebit will not be held responsible for any of its users, advertisers or advertisements. SeekoDebit has no control over the third-party sites presented in the advertisements, nor over the information about their products or services. It is only up to you how to use this information, product or service presented in the advertisement. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about the sites presented in the advertisements.
23. If a member loses her / his account from one of the reasons stipulated in SeekoDebit TOS, any active advertisement packages belonging to that member will be immediately removed from the system.
24. SeekoDebit is not responsible for any tax payment for you on what you receive from us. It is your responsibility to declare what you have received and to pay the taxes that apply in your country.
25. ANTI-SPAM POLICY
    SeekoDebit has a ZERO tolerance for Spam (Unsolicited Commercial Email - UCE / Unsolicited Business Email - UBE ). All Spam complaints are taken seriously. Spam is considered an unethical form of Internet advertising. Many countries have laws regarding Spam or are currently crafting legislation which will define and prohibit Spam. In addition, people who send Spam may incur substantial monetary fines from any of the providers through which Spam is directed because of the time, resources and expense it can incur for the spammed business. Spam is a negative form of advertising and is HIGHLY disliked within the Internet community.
    You must not send Spam via our service, or send Spam or procure the services of another company or individual to send spam, that in any way implicates our services by including the company web site domain(s) or any other web site associated with SeekoDebit. This includes mentioning an SeekoDebit E-Mail address or URL in any bulk E-Mail message.
    If you violate our Spam Policy you will:
    • have your account terminated immediately, without notice and without refund;
    • be immediately reported to your ISP provider;
    • be reported to additional proper authorities to take action against you;
    • be permanently banned from ALL SeekoDebit services.
    SeekoDebit reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation of our Spam Policy. The sole opinion of SeekoDebit is ABSOLUTE in determining any and all spam violations. Should SeekoDebit’s services or web site be disrupted in anyway due to spamming, the responsible party will be charged until service is restored. The SPAM author will also be subject to legal action if appropriate.
    If we receive a Spam complaint against your account:
    • we may immediately suspend your account until you provide proof for all complaints that were filed against you;
    • even if you are able to provide proof, your account may still be suspended and/or canceled if we receive a large number of complaints against your account.
    A Working Definition of Spam: * Spam is the sending of unsolicited and unauthorized E-Mails or online communications such as but not limited to bulletin boards, user groups, or instant messaging services to individuals or business who do not know you personally, have not agreed to or requested to receive your E-Mails, or have not provided their E-Mail address directly to the sender.
    * It is also an E-Mail sent to a recipient who would not have a reasonable expectation of receiving E-Mail from the sender.
    *Spam can be a single E-Mail or a bulk mailing. Posting messages to Usenet or News groups that explicitly forbid the posting of commercial solicitations or solicitations not pertaining to their content is Spam.
    *Opt-out lists where a person is specifically required to request removal from a mailing list in order to prevent solicitation is Spam.
    *Hiring a company that is mailing out to a list of people with your opportunity that has not specifically requested to receive your information beforehand is considered Spam.
26. By visiting SeekoDebit site, you agree that the German laws, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and SeekoDebit. Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to SeekoDebit site shall be adjudicated in the court of Hamburg, Germany, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of this court.
27. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) AND SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING.
